Dini Cohn, CEO

Dini began her career in title insurance in 2001 at the age of 18. Two years later, she played a key role in launching the New Jersey branch of an established Long Island title company.

She later relocated to New York, where she spent 12 years working for a real estate attorney. During that time, she gained hands-on experience across all sides of a transaction—including buyer’s counsel, seller’s counsel, lender counsel, and title representation—developing a comprehensive understanding of each party’s expectations and needs.

In 2016, Dini and her team founded Joda Abstract in New York, followed by an expansion into New Jersey the following year. The company built a loyal client base of real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and investors who value its consistency, integrity, responsiveness, and, above all, commitment to protecting their clients first and foremost.

In 2024, Joda expanded its national commercial footprint through a strategic initiative, further strengthening its ability to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions with a high level of expertise.

Throughout her career, Dini has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to client service and integrity —qualities that form the foundation of CenterPoint National Abstract.

Aron Gittleson, President

Aron Gittleson is the founder of CDK Capital and a seasoned operator with over 15 years of experience at Centers Health Care, one of the largest post-acute care organizations in the United States.

He began his career as an analyst and quickly advanced into leadership roles, managing multiple businesses with a focus on complex and distressed situations.

Throughout his career, Aron has specialized in identifying underperforming assets, implementing operational improvements, building high-performing teams, and driving profitability. His hands-on approach and ability to execute in challenging environments have consistently created significant value across the organizations he has led.

Recognizing a gap in the lending market for speed, flexibility, and creativity, Aron founded CDK Capital to partner with business owners and real estate developers. Under his leadership, the firm is known for its ability to move quickly, structure deals with precision, and work with non-traditional sponsors, supported by a team of top-tier industry professionals.

Aron’s extensive experience, coupled with his strong industry relationships, provides a meaningful foundation for his expansion into the real estate and title industry, further strengthening CenterPoint’s ability to deliver high-quality, reliable title services
